Specialist Youth Housing Service Program Management to deliver:
Raising awareness and advocacy of youth homelessness issues through generating team participation and engagement in community events and campaigns
Monitoring grant expenditure as per grant guidelines and approving expenditure as per schedule of delegations.
Contributing to and participating in preparing grant applications and proposal submission to secure further SYHS program funding.
Overseeing additional brokerage programs and grants to ensure we are meeting funding guidelines and targets
Managing housing complaints (including neighborhood complaints) and feedback promptly in a manner that is respectful, and to feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Management of and assisting the team in the management of incidents, and communicating any program or practice issues to the CEO.
Overseeing regular Program records and archiving is completed as required.
Develop your understanding of barriers young people face to successful community engagement and the underlying issues facing young people and their families, including a focus on housing issues.
