BABI has an exciting vacancy for a Tenancy and Property Management Worker in the Specialist Youth Homelessness Service (SYHS) Team.

This is a fixed term position to 27th June 2025.

This position would require you to be responsible for managing BABI properties to a high standard to meet the housing needs of our clients, managing tenancies to ensure BABI tenants are supported and empowered to sustain their tenancy, and collaborating with Service Staff (case workers, caretakers) to deliver high quality professional services to youth at risk of homelessness.

Your work would be in accordance with service agreements, program guidelines and BABI’s organisational policies and procedures.

A knowledge of SHIP, QHIP and Chintaro databases would be advantageous.Experience and knowledge in working with at-risk young people and young families at risk of homelessness is essential.

If you are a highly organised and motivated person with experience in the Youth and the Housing Sector, this job may be perfect for you.

The position is fixed term part-time and paid in accordance with the Queensland Community Services and Crisis Assistance Award – State 2008 (TPEO) at Level 4.1.
