About the Role

The Grampians Region Health Service Partnership provides comprehensive health services that address the needs of our communities. Our team works collaboratively with the wider service system to deliver innovative and effective solutions that support staff and patients experiencing violence.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Family Violence program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health services, community outreach, and program management. This role involves overseeing the implementation and operation of the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework across multiple regional and rural healthcare sites and will work in partnership with the Manager of Family Violence at Grampians Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide GRHSP sites in aligning with the MARAM Framework and Family Violence and Child Information Sharing Schemes.
  • Support and oversee the family violence response across the Grampians Region, addressing systemic issues and implementing solutions.
  • Assist site portfolio holders in aligning with regional health services and meeting key deliverables within MARAM Framework timelines.
  • Integrate and sustain the MARAM Framework across health services using contemporary evidence.
  • Provide regular updates to executives, DHHS, and the Implementation Team on project progress and timelines.
  • Manage MARAM Framework training and offer expert advice to enhance family violence responses across regional health providers.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in a relevant social science or health-related discipline, such as social work, psychology, nursing, or human resources.
  • Familiarity with the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework and expertise in the Victorian family violence policy and service delivery environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering family violence training, managing complex projects in a health setting, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in leading and supporting teams, and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Skilled in administration, project representation, and working across multiple sites; valid Driver's Licence required.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
