Banksia Gardens Community Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Community Development and Youth Department. This position will support the delivery of BGCS’s case management support for children, youth and families – including Targeted Care Packages (TCP) and support for young people with contact with the justice system.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering support for young people with complex needs and the leadership skills needed to support frontline staff and continue to develop our programs.
