Are you passionate about driving quality improvement and fostering a culture of safety in healthcare? Banyule Community Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality & Risk Officer to join the existing Quality & Risk Team and play an integral role in supporting the team to improve service processes, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to safety systems and improving practice.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work collaboratively to ensure continuous service improvement and innovation.
  • Assist in the preparation of, and participation in accreditation.
  • Support Banyule Community Health in meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the development and revision of related policies and procedures.
  • Analyse data and trends related to quality, risk, and safety, to identify areas for improvements and produce written reports.
  • Partner with management to identify and support relevant training requirements and options to support a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong experience in quality and risk management within healthcare.
  • Familiarity with primary healthcare accreditation standards.
  • Knowledge of improvements methods and quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
