Baptcare is a purpose driven and faith-based organisation working across Victoria and Tasmania, providing residential and community care for older people and support to children, families, and people with disability, financially disadvantaged people and people seeking asylum.
Baptcare has a professional spiritual care team of over 30 Chaplains/Spiritual Care Coordinators and over 40 trained pastoral care volunteers working in all service areas. We are looking for an experienced, articulate and competent Chaplain/Spiritual Care Professional to work with our In Home Care North/West Teams supporting our home based aged care clients in the North and West regions of Melbourne (Bundoora base). The focus of this position is visiting our clients in their homes, some support of staff and the recruitment, training and supervision of pastoral care volunteers.
