About the Role

Baptcare Affordable Housing (BAH) is an innovative and unique Community Housing Organisation. The Tenancy Worker is responsible for providing a high standard of professional tenancy management services to the BAH portfolio. Tenancy Workers adopt a person-centered approach, operating in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, Baptcare’s values and best practice in community housing to support the provision of quality, safe and affordable housing. In collaboration with the wider BAH team, the role contributes to the establishment and continual improvement of systems and processes.
