We are currently recruiting a very exciting and fixed-term full-time role (12 months) as an Administrator for our Community Services and Housing Division.

In this role, you will provide effective assistance, support and leadership to the Housing Team by efficient and accurate utilisation of Housing Tenancy Management Systems and by timely provision of required data and performance reporting. This includes keeping track of the Tenant entries and exits being recorded into the system as well as tracking the progress of our Housing Support Cases.

You will also be assisting the Housing staff with utilising the system including guiding staff through processes and reporting any system errors to our IT department. You will also be expected to assist in bulk data entry jobs such as our rent reviews and the opening of our Carlingford Housing Site in early 2023. Your role will also include preparing reports for both internal use and for government compliance. This includes being able to analyse the reports and being able to identify discrepancies in the data.

Skills, experience and competencies required

• A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (minimum level of Certificate IV) OR extensive relevant experience
• Experience with database programs/systems and creating reports and the analysis of data
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set time frames.
• High attention to detail, computer literacy and written, and oral communication skills.
• Current and valid NSW Driver’s License
