As a Community Enrolled Nurse servicing clients in the Western Sydney area, you will deliver high quality clinical care under the direct/indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse that support our clients to remain living at home. You’ll develop genuine connections with our clients and their loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being and support their independence.

This position is home-office based with support from local site office in Kellyville. You will be visiting clients in their homes for the majority of your working day.

What do we need from you? 

Essential qualifications and experience: 

• Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration. 
• Current clinical skills with experience in acute or aged care sector. 
• Current Driver’s licence and own vehicle.   

Key requirements: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication. 
• Intermediate level of computer skills. 
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and as part of a team. 
• An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.

Desirable qualifications, competencies and experiences: 

• Experience in Community Nursing 
• Experience in Aged Care
