Working closely with the GM Community Services & Housing and the Chief Risk Officer, the Risk & Compliance Manager ensures the ongoing effective management of a robust risk, quality and compliance system and processes that promote efficiency and process improvement across the Community Services & Housing business stream, as well as ensuring adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements. From a risk governance perspective your role is a 1st Line of defence / assurance role.

We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their lives and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support.
The Risk team works together to ensure our Enterprise Risk Management Framework processes and systems are aligned with good practice and support our organisation in achieving its objective of helping every individual live well. As a member of the Chief Risk Officer’s team you will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing ongoing enhancements to our risk management environment.
This unique opportunity will suit a highly experienced risk and compliance practitioner with highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working in the community services and housing sector.
