Administration Officer - Margaret River

  • Based locally in the town centre at our 46-bed Mirrambeena facility
  • Casual position
  • 1-2 days per week, with every 2nd Monday required

About your new role:

The Administration Officer works closely with the Residential Care Manager to support the daily operations of the facility. These activities can include customer relations, finance, rostering, purchasing and records management. Previous experience in the care sector is desirable, however we are willing to consider applicants from all backgrounds. Flexible working days will be on offer, however every second Monday will be required. School hours will also be considered. 



  • Provide assistance for rostering and payroll functions within the facility
  • Reception duties and first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors to site and resident enquiries
  • Daily administration duties, such as maintaining records, filing, data entry and directing mail
  • Provide relief coverage during busy periods or absence of staff

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working with rosters, calendars or schedules with a strong attention to detail
  • IT proficiency and ability to use electronic rostering systems (prior experience with Kronos is desirable)
  • Excellent time management, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Up-to-date Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
