ROLE OVERVIEW

The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day responsibilities of operating the centre. This includes being the ‘first point of contact’ responsible for coordinating communications with families, community, external and internal stakeholders through phone, email and in person, office management and online communications. This includes coordinating centre tours and community events.

The Administration Officer coordinates purchase orders, stocktakes, corporate accounts, as well as repairs and maintenance with contractors and tradespersons. The role also supports staff with administrative requirements, which may include but not limited to coordinating queries, Work Health and Safety (WH&S), quality improvement projects and supporting financial administration and reporting as required.

The Administration Officer is encouraged to pursue relevant training to assist in the high delivery of the role.
