We are a client-centred organisation, supporting the community throughout Barwon, Wimmera, and the South West regions of Victoria, offering a range of specialist support services to people impacted by sexual and family violence, encompassing 24 hour crisis care, early intervention programs, specialist response services, Victims Assistance Program, Community Legal Services, trauma recovery programs, professional training and primary prevention initiatives.

About The Role

This is an exciting newly created role for an experienced Executive Manager to join our organisation. The SAFV Centre has significantly evolved with extensive growth over recent years. Therefore, in alignment with our Strategic Plan, we are continuing to build our organisational capacity for a sustainable future and are seeking to expand our Executive Leadership Team.

This position is responsible for leading our business operations in the South West and Wimmera Regions of Victoria. Reporting to the CEO, the role will also lead and drive organisational strategy, build partnerships and harness opportunities for further organisational development.

About You

You are a senior executive with considerable leadership experience, holding 10+ years of executive management or business management in a similar role, and demonstrate a solid understanding of the not for profit sector. You are a resilient and values based leader who can engage and inspire a positive culture. The role will require you to be visionary and strategic in delivering upon our aspirations.

This position holds a broad range of responsibilities aimed at shaping and sustaining our regional offices, building partnerships, overseeing operations and leading people. You will thrive on innovation and change management and in supporting the development of our leaders and staff. You will provide expert industry knowledge and advice to the CEO, Executives and the Board. This position is full-time ongoing and is based in Warrnambool or Horsham with regular travel to our Geelong office.
