This role will be supported in our Melbourne or Canberra offices in a full time, ongoing capacity.

This role reports directly to Policy Manager, Nursing and Midwifery and will work collaboratively with CATSINaM with a key focus to provide professional advisory services, project coordination and secretariat support to several working groups and reform projects.
Having a deep understanding of the National Scheme, and having lived experience as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person/s and culturally safe practice is fundamental.
You will be an experienced, policy officer who has an excellent understanding of governance and regulation in the public interest. Communication and strong interpersonal skills will be professional and collaborative as you manage and engage key stakeholders internally and externally in this role.
