The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.

This is a full time, ongoing role, based in our Melbourne office working a hybrid arrangement.
Reporting to the Contract Management Lead, this role is responsible for providing high level administration support to the Ahpra’s procurement and contract management team. Duties may include: ensure contracts are prepared and administered in compliance with the policies and procedures; generate reports on progress status of agreements; managing the expiry contract schedule and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, who has impeccable attention to detail and is process driven. In this position, you will thrive on working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team. This role will give great introduction to those interested in contract management and procurement processes.
