Regulatory Facilitators are part of a national team across multiple work streams and contribute to the delivery of quality, timely and risk-based notifications and compliance management. Across all streams, Regulatory Facilitators work to foster a positive culture of integrity, collaboration, achievement and respect.
We work across two key functions - Notifications and Compliance - to manage notifications about a practitioner’s conduct, performance and/or health that may impact public safety and where applicable, follow up on any conditions imposed to maintain trust and integrity in our Healthcare system.
Our Notifications Team has nationally based teams of Regulatory Advisors that review, assess and resolve concerns raised with Ahpra about registered health practitioners and make recommendations to support safe and professional practice

Our Compliance Team manages the compliance of health practitioners and students with restrictions on their registration and/or prohibition to practise.

They engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patients, members of the public, government entities, health practitioners and employers, and require strong problem solving and foundational case management skills, a passion for working with the public and a drive to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team-based environment.
Additionally, you will undertake specified activities that improve timely, efficient, and consistent case management. This involves collaborating with Regulatory Advisors and other internal stakeholders providing high-level administrative support, and directly managing engagement with third parties to gather, review, and assess critical notification and/or compliance related information.
