At Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia, we offer more than just a job; we provide an opportunity to be part of something extraordinary. Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Mentoring Coordinator!
As the Sydney Mentoring Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing mentoring support to vulnerable young people and their volunteer mentors in targeted areas of Sydney. You'll have the autonomy to make a tangible impact, supported by our Leadership Team headquartered in Melbourne and a team of fantastic mentoring coordinators located in various regional areas.
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from supporting the Mentoring Program and engaging with local community to administering programs and supporting fundraising strategies for sustainability and growth.
