About the role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of elderly individuals? We’re looking for dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care, support, and companionship to seniors living independently in our community.

In this rewarding role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Offer one-on-one assistance, and help with social outings, shopping, and domestic tasks.
  • Enhance seniors' quality of life by fostering belonging and fulfilment through meaningful interactions.
  • Support daily living activities, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care needs.
  • Assist with respite care and help clients attend appointments and outings, promoting their independence.

We have multiple positions available, offering flexible options from Casual to Part-Time hours for the right candidates. Join us in creating a positive impact in our community!

About You

  • You are flexible to travel to different client locations
  • You have Full NSW Driver's License/access to a car and comprehensive car insurance
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or related field. Desirable.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role working with people who are frail, aged or have a disability
  • You have demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable people as well as CALD backgrounds and complex needs
  • You have a sound understanding of Work Health & Safety standards
  • You operate well in a team and alone, great communication skills
  • You possess a current First Aid/CPR Certificate is an advantage. If not, successful candidates will be provided in- house training and certification.

The successful candidate will require National Police clearance prior to appointment (completed by 3Bridges), valid NSW Working With Children Check clearance and Current NSW drivers’ licence.
