About the role
The Multi-Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial management of multiple Education sites, including people management, forecasting, increasing utilisation, and supporting compliance. This role involves supporting and guiding the Educational Program Leads and Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality educational experiences and programs that align with the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and the NSW Department of Education Curriculum. The Multi-Site Lead emphasises exceeding standards and drives continuous improvement across sites through strategic leadership and collaboration.
We are looking for several Multi-Site Leads to work closely with our teams.
- Ensure the service consistently operates in full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQF, and NQS
- Lead the team in critical reflection and self-assessment processes to identify areas for enhancement, ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and risk management systems to ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and wellbeing for all children and staff
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation strategies that proactively identify and address potential hazards
- Actively engage with families, community members, and regulatory bodies to build strong, transparent relationships that support compliance and enhance the service’s reputation for excellence
- Lead initiatives involving families and the community in the development and review of service policies and practices
- Foster a culture of professional growth by providing ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities for all staff. Encourage reflective practice and critical thinking through regular professional development sessions
- Conduct regular performance appraisals that include self-assessment and peer feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Provide individualised coaching and support to help staff achieve their professional goals and improve their practice. Recognise and reward excellence in practice
- Ensure strict adherence to health and hygiene practices, including regular handwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing of facilities and equipment. Implement and monitor food safety protocols that ensure nutritious, safe, and culturally appropriate meals for children
- Ensure Educators comply with all protocols, regulations, guidelines and Policies and Procedures
- Comply with all WHS controls and policies, identifying and mitigating any risks
- Follow the Keep Them Safe, Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting guidelines
About You
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within an education setting
- Experiencing in managing budgets, resource management, work health and safety principles and inclusive staff management and development
- Extensive experience in program planning, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation
- Experience as an educator, program facilitator or like role in an OOSH, school, or youth setting
- Minimum Certificate IV Children’s Services, OOSH, Youth Work, Recreation or working towards; Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching strongly preferred
- Child Protection qualifications, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, Child Safe Standards, My Time Our Place
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate activities that meet the needs and interests of children, within an OOSH setting
- In-depth knowledge of program planning, educational theory, and program cycles
- Commitment to upholding EEO, Access and Equity and inclusive practices working with and supporting children with additional needs or from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from multicultural backgrounds and LBGTQIA+ children and families
