Summary of the Job

Bill Crews is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all accounting and finance aspects for the following two entities: The Bill Crews Charitable and The Exodus Foundation.

The Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial management and reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or commerce.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, audit, tax and compliance obligations.
• Proficient in Excel, Xero, Office 365 suite, Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.
• Ability to work with the Executive team and work under pressure.
• While not essential, experience working with the NFP sector.

The role includes:

• Oversee all accounting and finance aspects for the following two entities.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, cash flow, General Ledger operations, audit reviews, tax filings, and other financial activities as applicable. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for both organisations including organisational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organisational and contract/grant budgets. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
