As the Integrated AOD & MH Clinician, you’ll be part of a dynamic, responsive team delivering a wide range of clinical services including:

• Intake, assessment, and care planning
• Therapeutic interventions and treatment coordination
• Case management and discharge planning
• Group work tailored to both individual needs and community health goals

Our focus is on timely, straightforward support that addresses both mental health and AOD needs in a way that’s compassionate and client centred.

About you

• Clinical expertise across ages: Experience supporting mental health and AOD needs for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Exceptional communication and empathy: Ability to connect meaningfully with clients and build trust across diverse backgrounds.
• Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable managing complex cases in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Client centred focus: Committed to person-first care, with the flexibility to tailor approaches to each client’s unique needs.
