This role sits within the education team and is responsible for supporting workplace training programs being delivered by the Black Dog Institute in partnership with SafeWork NSW. The position works collaboratively with the Workplace Engagement Manager and Evaluation Manager
The successful candidate will have the following:
Essential Criteria
1. Attention to detail and excellent record keeping
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Efficient data entry skills
4. Previous customer service experience
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Desirable Criteria
1. Capacity to use Salesforce
2. Familiarity using QUALTRICS survey software
3. Knowledge of statistics and experience using SPSS
