We are a leading disability services provider committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to handle all of our financial processes, ensuring compliance with NDIS funding requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. Hours can be negotiated as either full-time or part-time, between 3-5 days/week. Key tasks that must be performed at specific times include fortnightly payroll and invoicing plus end of month.
The Bookkeeper/Finance Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of the organisation's daily financial operations, including NDIS billing, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end reconciliations. This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting the organisation's financial health.
As a small organisation, BDS only have one finance role and your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of financial data entry and payroll, as well as end of month processes. Finance Managers and Accountants who are accustomed to having others handle the data entry are unlikely to find this the right role for them - the role, at it's heart, involves rolling up your sleeves and being very hands-on and transactional with all of the input.
