About the Role:

Reporting to the Gifts in Wills Marketing Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will support the team to drive strong relationships and engagement with valuable supporters through both relationship and marketing activity.

Key Accountabilities:

In this impactful, rewarding and hands-on role, the Gifts in Wills coordinator will:

  • Support the Gifts in Wills and Mid value relationship specialists to deliver exceptional acquisition and stewardship activity.
  • Manage inbound supporter enquiries and execute outbound correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate activities to report back to donors on the outcomes of their gifts, including thank you activity such as phone calls and handwritten notes.
  • Ensure data quality within the CRM and with suppliers.
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of the mass-market stewardship journey.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks where necessary and required.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members, and external suppliers, to ensure donor insights are sought, captured and applied to all activities.

Essential Criteria:

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

  • Experience in fundraising desirable.
  • Intermediate - Advanced skills with MS Excel and Microsoft reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Mature attitude and high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive financial and confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated success managing suppliers and a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
  • Have or willing to obtain an employee Working With Children Check.
