A newly created opportunity to have tangible impact on vulnerable and disadvantaged communities affected by relationship breakdown, domestic violence, long-term unemployment, homelessness, mental health, or addiction issues.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Marketing and working together with a skilled fundraising team, this position will play an integral role in developing and driving a Gifts in Wills Program that is in its infancy.
With the full support and investment from the Board and senior leaders, as well as a successful partnership with the incredible team at Donor Republic, this role is set up for success to reach ambitious fundraising targets to support some of the most vulnerable communities, offering hope to individuals living with disadvantage and distress.
As the Gifts in Wills Manager, you will shape and implement the strategy, leverage strong relationship skills to inspire new bequests and donors, as well as continue to nurture long standing relationships with existing donors through the development and implementation of a targeted program which will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward. Imperative to this role will be your ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to implement the strategy with a core focus on a thriving Gifts in Wills Program, as well as identify and support with major donor stewardship.
This is an amazing opportunity for a fundraiser to step into this newly created role and build on a program that has full potential to succeed and make long-lasting impact in the community.
