Head of Fundraising:

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for adopting an active fundraising strategy that incorporates a view for ongoing funding and greater public awareness.

The ideal candidate will be confident in developing a fundraising plan encompassing donor organisations and philanthropic individuals to drive major gifts, trusts and foundations, and grants and bequests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic philanthropic plan for the Foundation, adjusting metrics as necessary.
• Create a comprehensive pipeline of donors and report on activities, and developing corporate and government partnerships.
• Engage donors in events and campaigns to strengthen the Foundation's presence.
• Build and nurture relationships with donors, organisations and other sources of fundraising, and participate in all phases of the donor journey.
• Using your expertise, identify and report on activity and targets required to advance the purpose of the Foundation.
• Implement an engagement strategy for new and existing relationships.

About You:

• Proven success in a remote role and demonstrated experience in securing philanthropic income.
• A donor-centric approach to developing communication and relationship strategies.
• Strong high-level relationship building and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Keen interest in improving mental health support.
