About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Finance Manager is a key position within the team, required to manage the day-to-day financial affairs of the organisation. The successful applicant will collaborate and partner with various stakeholders and provide meaningful information and insights for decision making and compliance purposes

Candidates who will be successful in this position

Excellent communication skills are vital as you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure all financial matters are managed correctly. You will be CPA or CA qualified with experience managing people in your role.

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to join the team to enable the organisation to continue the incredible work they do.

About you

  • Lead and review the organisation’s month end general ledger and key reporting deliverables, including monthly profit & loss, and balance sheet
  • Prepare their quarterly financial reports
  • Preparation of annual budgets and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to management
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and other financial documents
  • Analyse financial performance, budget variances and trends to provide insights
  • Implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency, including all management accounting processes
  • Oversee their ICT across the organisation
