As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for the management and growth of NDIS funded disability services with a focus on delivering high-quality support service to participants. You will nurture and develop a team of passionate support workers along with overseeing quality, compliance, and financial management of support services.

To be Successful

With a focus on coaching and managing a team of support workers, you will be a hands on leader with the ability to motivate and develop. You will have a high level of communication and experience in the disability or community services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise and guide a team of support workers to provide supports that are individualised and in responsive to participants needs and goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational running of support services, including roster management and staff allocation.
  • Monitor and report on support services budget to ensure service financial sustainability.
  • Ensure quality participant service delivery in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funding bodies, NDIS providers and referral agencies to optimise the service for participants.
  • Provide parents, carers and support workers with immediate and effective information.

Requirements

  • Successful leadership skills to build capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Previous experience in the disability or other community sector, with a focus on managing high-complexity clients.
  • NDIS business management experience including a thorough understanding and experience working within participant funding and organisational budgets is highly desirable.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Satisfactory Working with Children and National Police Checks or willingness to obtain.
  • Current and valid driver license.
