"Working for an organisation that shares the same core values as me, is something I consider to be truly valuable.” - Bonnie Pietsch, People and Culture.
Be truly valued and be our Administration officer!
As our Administration Officer in South East Victoria, you will join a supportive steadfast seven-person team assisting in the internal operations across Berry Streets' largest region.
Our South East team runs the operations for two of our Berry Street offices located in Morwell and Noble Park. Although far apart, the team is incredibly close-knit sharing a supportive non-judgmental approach with a commitment to equity, diversity, continual improvement, risk management, and occupational health and safety.
Our people are important to us, we value lived experiences, people’s diversities, and views of all. We are looking for the next person to bring their experiences and who shares the same values and enthusiasm in creating positive experiences and outcomes for our young people.
The ability to understand the importance of prioritising work within established policies, guidelines, and procedures is essential to the role. As is, time management, teamwork, and understanding what's needed and what's required to get it done.
Join our team! We are one of the largest independent agencies within Australia, providing over 40,000 diverse programs to young people, children and families across Victoria each year. We pride ourselves on our ingenuity, evidence based and multi-dimensional thinking to provide the best outcomes for our young people! We believe children, young people and families should be safe, thriving and hopeful and strive to make this happen each day!
Applications must include a resume and cover letter addressing your suitability for the position.
