The Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) team within Berry Street provide case management and intensive support for young people aged 12-18 years who are on statutory orders with Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). As a Case Manager within the ICMS team you will provide intense and meaningful support to young people who are most 'at risk' in the community. The position seeks engage young people and liaise with a range of services and people who are a part of their lives to support their personal development.
