The Opportunity:

Join our Strategic Engagement team as a Digital Producer, crafting our digital presence and driving website innovation. Manage all aspects of website production from content creation to launch and optimisation. Collaborate with colleagues and external web agencies.

We seek a self-motivated, passionate individual dedicated to the role and our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute website strategy aligned with marketing and fundraising goals.
  • Lead collaborations with external web agencies for seamless website updates.
  • Create compelling website content such as blog posts and landing pages.
  • Support stakeholders in content management for a cohesive web presence.
  • Utilise data insights to improve and optimise website performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for website initiatives.
  • Track and analyse website metrics to monitor key performance indicators.

Proficiency:

  • Experience in digital content design, UX, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS management, preferably Craft CMS and Microsoft Dynamics.
