The Opportunity:

The Donor Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for Berry Street supporters and new enquiries. This role is key in enhancing donor satisfaction, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining accurate supporter data.

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Care:

  • Manage the supporter care program, delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to engage with supporters.

Donation Processing:

  • Handle donations across multiple channels with precise record-keeping.
  • Ensure donors receive timely and appreciative receipts.

Data Management:

  • Manage bi-monthly giving payments, decline and receipt lists, and month-end bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain and improve the supporter database for accuracy and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Background in campaign management, fundraising, or administration.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and database management.
  • Passion: A commitment to making a difference and driving change.
