The Senior Adviser (Workplaces SME), within the Strategy, Policy and Advice Unit is responsible for providing subject matter expert advice on workplace mental health and related topics and collaborating with teams across the organisation and supporting our corporate and community partners. With a focus on the “Integrity” and “Leading” goals of Strategy 2023+, the position contributes to ensuring that Beyond Blue’s products and services are informed by expert strategic and tactical advice about what will work best to support mental health at an individual, community and societal level.
The Senior Adviser will focus on supporting building consistency, capacity and capability across the organisation to deliver priority strategic projects and programs, with a particular focus on workplace settings. The role supports the Executive through strategic advice about workplace mental health, supports the development of content across channels, and provides strategic advice to stakeholders and businesses, including Beyond Blue Corporate Partners.
