We are looking for leaders who demonstrate a growth mindset, with curiosity to question the status quo, and who can lead their teams on a journey of continual improvement to deliver greater value for our community (users of our service) and donors (funders of our service), to improve mental health and make it easier for people to feel better earlier, get well and stay well.
As a leader in this team, the Strategic Marketing Manager is accountable for developing organisation wide strategies and plans and aligning marketing activity across business units to create measurable behaviour change and business growth, by successfully connecting the community with the products and services they need to improve their mental health, fostering an emotional connection with our brand, and connecting individually with our audience through targeted content and marketing.
Leverage segmentation, insights, and data to identify and understand our target audience, their motivations, and needs and develop a cohesive organisation wide Brand Strategy to create a compelling experience for our community.
Support your peers to translate these insights into “Fewer, Bigger, Better” marketing initiatives. Partner cross functionally to lead the creation of an aligned 12-month calendar of integrated marketing solutions, and coach your direct report, the Social Media Lead to create an organisation wide Social Media Strategy, to enable Beyond Blue to step change our impact, by having the right message, in the right channel at the right time.
Set KPIs that evaluate results based on an ROI for the investment of all resources, to understand the total economic impact of our activities and to ensure we are driving the desired attitudinal and behaviour change in our target audience, to increase their knowledge, and engage the community in action to achieve their best possible mental health.
Champion marketing best practise and actively support an innovation mindset. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and adopt the safe and responsible use of emerging technologies.
Ensure that Beyond Blue is partnered with the right marketing agencies to deliver cut through strategic, media and creative solutions, at optimised costings to deliver enhanced value for money.
