About the role:
We are seeking a Regional Care Service Manager that is extremely passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and supporting them in their own homes? You will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional, client-focused care and support in the community.
Your leadership will help shape the future of Anglicare's community care, ensuring clients and their families receive the highest quality of service.
As a Care Service Manager, you will:
- Inspire and lead a team of dedicated professionals.
- Building effective teams, and nurturing staff strengths.
- Motivating and developing staff through clear expectations, recognition, and praise.
- Addressing challenges and underperformance promptly and effectively.
- Monitoring and achieving KPIs to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Cultivating a culture of empowerment, recognition, and community.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and outcomes to all prospective residents and clients, embodying Anglicare's Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to manage day-to-day operations, creating genuine partnerships with clients and staff.
- Ensure clients are treated with dignity and empathy.
- Value each client as unique, in line with Anglicare's model of care, The Rhythm of Life.
- Provide holistic care for clients' wellbeing and that of stakeholders.
- Are reliable, timely, and responsive to individual needs and offer timely access to appropriate clinical care and expertise.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in Anglicare's CRM and IT applications.
- Manage care neighbourhood operations within allocated budgets, maximizing funding opportunities for excellent client outcomes.
- Handle complaints and feedback promptly, escalating as necessary.
About you:
- Degree in Social, Behavioural or Health Sciences and/or equivalent relevant qualification
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team essential
- Previous experience Home Care or a community-based service highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience working with older people and their advocates
- Demonstrated experience in managing services, budgets and service delivery KPI's
- Current NSW driver's licence
