Are you passionate about driving transformative change? Anglicare is seeking a dynamic leader of Disruptive Innovation to spearhead our strategic growth in Community and Mission programs. This pivotal role involves managing innovation sprints, from co-designing problem statements and solution prototypes to developing business cases for piloting and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Leadership: Lead cultural change to embrace risk, diversity of ideas, and innovation. Develop and communicate guidelines to engage Community and Mission staff in the innovation program.
  • Human Centred Design: Conduct research, gather insights, and co-define problem statements with staff, clients, and community members. Co-design solution prototypes, ensuring client-centred approaches.
  • Project Management: Manage innovation sprints, including evaluating solution prototypes for desirability, feasibility, and viability. Lead playbacks to share client insights, build innovation skills, and generate support for pilots.
  • Implementation and Impact: Develop business cases and implementation plans for piloting solutions. Support project teams in piloting and scaling innovations, ensuring effective change management.
  • Collaboration and Funding: Work with the Community and Mission Leadership Team and Head of Philanthropy to secure support and funding for innovation projects. Contribute to donor engagement and funding proposals.
