About the Role:

Reporting to Development Director, the Senior Development Manager will manage the development and delivery of multiple critical and high value residential and community property projects.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring the developments meet design briefs, project timelines and other key performance outcomes (e.g. cost, quality, scope).
  • Ensuring internal and external designs, finishes, fittings, materials and furniture meet overall design principles and individual project briefs.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
  • Applying learnings and update methodologies to ensuring a continuous improvement approach to all work.

This role will be based in Norwest until January 2025, then moving to Macquarie Park. Hybrid working is available, with the team working a few days from the head office, on-site or at home.

About You:

We are seeking an established Property Developer with the following attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Development or a closely related field.
  • 7+ years in property development with experience in developing large ($200m-$300m) multi-staged seniors living projects.
  • A comprehensive practical knowledge of the property industry and its laws and regulations as they operate in NSW.
  • Possess (or have the ability to develop) an extensive network within the LGAs, local councils, key community stakeholders and the wider building industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
