As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role ensuring the marketing campaigns and content add value to the customer journey to achieve business and marketing objectives.

This is a full-time role based at Norwest that requires travel across Anglicare's 23 residential care homes. Note: We are relocating to Macquarie Park in February 2025.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the development of comprehensive marketing campaign strategies are aligned with the residential care objectives.
  • Ensure end-to-end campaign execution, including campaigns being delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to create campaign assets, such as landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and social media content.
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing automation to optimise campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and tracking of campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as; digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing and events
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise campaign performance
  • Create content and collateral that is designed to improve the customer experience and ensure it is on brand and aligned with Anglicare's values.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing and campaign management.
  • Current drivers' licence
