We are an independent provider of choice for clients and the ‘go to' organisation on homelessness for government, media, philanthropy, private donors and the community.
With over 400 staff working across 14 locations, clients are at the centre of everything we do and are actively and meaningfully involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of services as well as our policy development, public advocacy and fundraising.

Joining our Prioritisation List team, you will provide support to our clients who are assessed by Initial Assessment & Planning (IAP) team, both within Launch Housing and by other IAP and allied agencies, to ensure that they are assisted and prioritised for referrals for accommodation and other services relative to their needs, ensuring effective client outcomes.
