Together, our growing network of people stand together to help us protect Australia’s unique bird life.
With the goal of achieving campaign and organisational objectives and keeping supporters actively engaged with BirdLife Australia, this role develops and implements journeys to enhance supporter engagement at scale. Working with our marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Pardot), you will build targeted supporter experiences and digital journeys to increase awareness of BirdLife and drive engagement with our supporters. This role will be instrumental in articulating our work and the resultant impact for birds and nature.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or a related field together with deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels and branding. You will also need demonstrated experience with online advocacy and mobilisation platforms. Experience with Supporter Relationship Management systems will also be an advantage, as will at least 3-4 years of work experience in a digital marketing role. This is an ongoing, part-time position (0.6 FTE). Please note, that this is a hybrid position working in a home-based environment and in the national office in Carlton, Victoria.
