The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to defining key measures of supporter engagement and leads a focussed team to deliver exceptional and efficient supporter care across multiple channels ensuring customer service that exceeds both supporter and donor expectations. This role covers a varied portfolio with a focus on efficient processing of membership renewals, regular giving and data integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience working in a data processing and supporter/customer care role. Effective people leadership skills including an ability to motivate and support, induct and train new staff are essential. Previous experience working or volunteering within a member-based, not-for-profit conservation organisation will be highly regarded.

What you need to know

This is an ongoing, full-time position (1.0 FTE). Please note, that this is a hybrid position working in a home-based environment and in the national office in Carlton, Victoria.
