  • Oversee office management (Sydney): Support office management tasks, including maintaining office equipment, managing WHS policies, and ensuring a well-functioning and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • HR Expertise: HR tertiary qualifications are required in either a Singapore or Australian context. You bring 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a Coordinator or Assistant role. International HR experience is a plus.

  • Cultural Fit: You bring a collaborative spirit and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. You’re passionate about creating an engaging workplace and thrive in a flexible, teamwork-driven environment that prioritises continuous improvement.

Our APAC business includes offices in Australia and Singapore. We are part of a bigger global group with teams in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

We design and rigorously test new ideas across various areas, such as health, crime and education, to establish what works and what doesn’t. We have helped Tuberculosis patients take their medicine, reduced police susceptibility to cyberattacks, and helped organisations close their gender pay gap.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and building a diverse workforce. We strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people with disability.

  • Personal & Professional Growth: We believe in continuous learning. Each team member receives a dedicated training and development budget to pursue their interests and career goals.
  • Wellbeing Support: We offer an Employee Assistance Program that provides confidential counselling services to help you stay healthy and balanced. We offer each staff member a health and wellbeing budget to support their overall wellness. Additionally, you’ll have free access to Headspace, a leading mindfulness and meditation app, to help you maintain a healthy mind.
  • Generous Leave Policies: We offer 5 weeks of annual leave, study leave, and a generous paid parental leave policy because we understand the importance of recharging and focusing on what matters most.

How to Apply

We use a blind recruitment process to ensure fairness and reduce bias. This means that during the initial stages, all personal data is removed from your application and your CV.

  • Initial Application: You will be asked to answer a few work-based essay questions on our recruitment platform, Applied. Our team will anonymously review your responses, ensuring that your skills and experiences are the primary focus.
  • CV Review: If you score highly on the essay questions, our reviewers will review your anonymised CV. We will look for key qualifications, experience in the APAC region, and relevant HR skills.
  • Phone Interviews: The top candidates from the CV review stage will be invited to a brief phone interview during the week commencing 14th October. This will be an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about the role.
  • Technical Task & In-Person Interviews: Successful candidates from the phone interviews will be invited to complete a technical task and attend an interview — preferably in person — during the week commencing 21st October. This stage will allow you to demonstrate your skills and meet some of the team.

Key dates

  • Phone Interviews: Week commencing 14th October.
  • Technical Task & In-Person Interviews: Week commencing 21st October.

All dates are subject to change (but we'll try our best to stick to them!)
