Currently we are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Services to lead our corporate operations that support service delivery and to drive impactful results in a values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate services including finance, operations, IT enablement, and project management.
• Manage multiple strategic and operational responsibilities simultaneously with a focus on cost-effective and strategically impactful solutions.
• Provide expert oversight in finance and corporate governance, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability.
• Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and support high-performing teams in a trauma-informed, people-focused environment.
• Drive the successful execution of diverse, large-scale projects while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Ensure the seamless integration of corporate services in line with our strategy & purpose.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within corporate services, including leadership of finance and operations. Preferably within a not for profit organisation that has significant government funding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage both strategic and operational responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Experience in leading IT enablement in an organisation-wide setting.
• Strong subject matter expertise, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.
• A proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality, detail, and innovation.
