About the role

You will:

• Contribute to overall Boundless strategy development, including holding the process for team input and decision making
• Support delivery of Boundless’s advocacy, including meeting with Federal and State Government representatives and participating in broader campaign collaborations and drafting submissions
• Leverage their networks across the climate movement and beyond to originate and support the development of high-impact projects and grants
• Represent Boundless mission and vision to the Australian climate movement and other relevant stakeholders

Location is flexible with remote or office-based work. Sydney or Melbourne based candidate is preferred.

About YOU

• A strong history in the climate movement including participating in and running climate solutions campaigns and participating in movement campaign coalitions
• Understanding of climate change, decarbonisation and net zero pathways of different sectors and their contribution to Australia becoming a renewable superpower
• Facilitation, meeting and workshop process design skills and experience
• Strategy development experience
• Experience engaging with and advocating to government stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
• Strong organisational and project management skills with a track record of getting things done
• Good at managing large amounts of information and collaborating across multiple projects in a small, fast-moving team
• Solutions oriented with a track record of partnering to achieve results
• Low-ego and high emotional intelligence and accountability
