About the role

You will:

• Cultivate a wide network of stakeholders — across commercial and not-for-profit worlds — and support others to foster new cross-sectoral relationships
• Work with stakeholders to collaboratively design innovative projects to be delivered by new, cross-sectoral coalitions of partners (who are often unusual allies)
• Identify and engage consultants to provide support to and coordinate Boundless-funded partners, and then collaborate closely and manage the contracts of those consultants
• Support the Boundless Epic (funding round) strategy development and delivery process

About YOU

• Outstanding relational skills, including:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate complex organisational and stakeholder needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing
• Facilitation and meeting and workshop process design skills and experience, with strong organisational skills
• A track record of catalysing collaborations across different organisations (ideally across different sectors), including generating and building on high impact ideas and pulling together powerful coalitions of partners to deliver on these ideas.
• Excellent existing networks across multiple sectors
• An understanding of climate mitigation issues and opportunities, particularly those related to Australia’s decarbonisation and/or renewable energy
• Strong organisational and project management skills with a track record of getting things done. Good at managing large amounts of information and collaborating across multiple projects in a small, fast-moving team.
