Established in 2022 and 6,000 bikes later, Brainwave Bikes is now the largest recycler and reseller of used bicycles in Victoria. As well as reducing waste, avoiding emissions and providing quality, affordable bikes for all ages, we exist to enable young people with disabilities, including those supported from childhood by Brainwave, to build their vocation and non-vocation skills, confidence and self-esteem over 6-9 months to be able to transition to, and sustain, employment with partner employers.

Building on a successful trail, this hands-on role will lead and implement the program with the Brainwave Bikes team, including coordinating structured internal and external work experience, running skills development modules, developing partner employers and ongoing support.
