What is a Care Hub Representative? (The role)

(Full-time Fixed Term, Total salary package (base + super + NFP salary packaging = $98,236.89-$104,799.35)

We are now accepting applications for a fixed-term Care Hub Representative. This is a great opportunity to be an active member of Bridge Housing's Customer Care Hub from project initiation to implementation, gaining pivotal experience in shaping the customer service our tenants receive.

As a Care Hub Representative, you'll drive tenant satisfaction and customer service levels through excellent service delivery and providing support to Bridge Housing’s Housing and Assets teams, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

What does a day as a Care Hub Representative look like?

  • supporting Bridge Housing to meet service delivery standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to all tenant enquiries and request within the service levels outlined in the Customer Service Charter.
  • communicating effectively with customers, ensuring they are kept well informed of timeframes in line with service agreements and the Repairs and Care Hub Matrixes
  • supporting and assisting the teams to meet regulatory and compliance obligations, and maintain good governance by keeping accurate records, files and all information stored in its relevant system.
  • implementing customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • educating internal and external stakeholders on relevant Bridge Housing’s policies and procedures
  • resolving tenant grievances in line with Bridge Housing’s Good Neighbours Policy
  • supporting the Assets team meets its financial goals and obligations by ensuring contractor invoices are accurate and coordinating maintenance work that demonstrates the responsible use of the responsive maintenance budgets
  • maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, keeping up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation

We are looking for someone who...

  • is driven to provide high customer service at all times
  • has excellent verbal communication skills
  • has high attention to detail, confident in IT systems and completing documentation
  • shows accountability and has a responsible work ethic - you are VALUES driven
  • is proactive and positive - you look for solutions
  • is organised and able to prioritise their workload in an evolving work environment

They also need to be willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check.
