Compliance Administrator

We are now accepting applications for a Compliance Administrator to join our Homes Team.

This role is responsible for supporting Bridge Housing’s Asset Compliance Program, including fire, electrical and gas safety maintenance.

This role ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements by providing quality customer service, maintaining accurate records, reporting and administrative support.

What does a day as a Compliance Administrator look like?

You will be...

• Supporting Bridge Housing to meet service delivery standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Communicating effectively with customers, ensuring they are kept well informed of timeframes
• Coordinating works and maintenance to support the asset compliance program
• Keeping accurate records, files and all information stored in its relevant system
• Liaising with stakeholders such as contractors and real estate agents
• Supporting the Assets team meets its financial goals with accurate invoicing
• Providing admin support to the wider Assets team when needed

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who...

• Is driven to provide high customer service at all times
• Has excellent verbal communication skills
• Has high attention to detail, confident in IT systems and completing documentation
• Is organised and able to prioritise their workload in an evolving work environment
• Has knowledge and experience working with fire safety regulations (not essential but a plus!)

They also need to be willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check.
