Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families? As the Manager of the Housing Support and Linkages team, you will lead diverse programs dedicated to improving housing stability, safety, health, and wellbeing.
This role oversees impactful initiatives such as the Community Reconnections Program, Tenancy Plus, and the Rough Sleeping Program, providing critical support to those facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You’ll also manage community-focused programs like the Friday Feed Community Meals and the No Interest Loan Scheme, offering practical solutions to support vulnerable individuals and families.
With a focus on assertive outreach, case management, and collaborative support, this position allows you to lead meaningful work, build community connections, and drive positive outcomes.
