Brophy has expanded the delivery of mental health services to young people, with a brand new headspace centre soon to be established in the heart of Hamilton.
We are looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician who is an experienced professional, skilled in delivering early intervention services to young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. Based in the picturesque town of Hamilton, this role will involve managing a caseload of evidence-based interventions across various funding streams within the headspace stepped care model. It also focuses on engaging young people creatively and assertively to encourage early help-seeking behaviours.
In addition to delivering care, our Senior Mental Health Clinician will provide clinical supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, youth-friendly, culturally appropriate, and evidence-based services. This role also supports clinical decision-making, collaborates with external stakeholders, and assists in staff development, orientation, and training. One of the primary duties is to promote continuous improvement by evaluating service outcomes and feedback systems, aiming to enhance care for young people and their families.
